What you need to know about living in Mirada, a Crystal Lagoon Community

A Place to Stay-cation

Situated 30 minutes North of Tampa and an hour west of Orlando, the brand-new Mirada Tampa Bay stands as one the hottest communities on the market. Close to Wesley Chapel and Dade City, the new crystal lagoon-community development is just outside of the city limits of San Antonio. Saint Leo University, a private Catholic University, rests 5 minutes from the Market at Mirada. With the new expansion of State Road 52, the community stands in a prime position for growth.

The Mirada community has a litany of well-known home developers. Westbay, Biscayne, DR Horton, LGI Townhomes, Maronda, and Lennar contribute to creating the beautiful intercoastal lagoon community.

Amenities are never a concern for any Mirada member. A 15-acre lagoon created by MetroLagoons is the centerpiece of this “staycation.” The lagoon offers paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming, to name a few activities. It also features glorious trails and bike paths throughout the neighborhood.   Medley at Mirada residents have pickleball courts, tennis courts as well as a fitness center.  All residents have access to spacious sidewalks, nature trails, dog park and an event lawn for endless possibilities. Featuring the newest ULTRAfi network, Mirada has the most exclusive and fastest interest speeds in the Tampa Bay area.

Currently, the community has new and resale homes available.  New construction prices start around $300k for townhomes and can get close to one million dollars in the luxury sections of the neighborhood. There’s so much to explore here and much more to come!

You will always find something to do if you live in Mirada.  Planned events are frequent, see the schedule here.
