Floor Plans and Pricing

CASA Fresca offers seven different floor plans, with prices ranging from the high $400,000s to the mid $600,000s, depending on your choice. Quality and Customization

The CASA Fresca Bold Series, created by luxury builder WestBay, ensures top-notch quality. While these homes don’t offer custom options, they come with four stunning interior finishing packages. Until now, elevated exterior design features for homes in MIRADA were reserved for only the semi-custom home buyers. But CASA Fresca is bringing the upscale flavor to their new BOLD series builds in San Antonio, Florida. Community Fees

MIRADA has an HOA fee, a CDD fee, plus a lagoon use fee of about $50 per month, which covers lagoon access for your entire family. There are additional fees for renting kayaks and paddleboards, but residents get a special rate. Personal equipment is not allowed, but they make it easy and affordable for residents.
