Wesley Chapel
Tampa's Premium Suburb
Between I-75, SR-581, SR-54, and SR-56 sits an exploding Tampa suburb with vast amounts of shopping, entertainment, and so much more. Wesley Chapel is the destination for the greater Tampa area and many surrounding towns. Its residents can have the best of both worlds: settling down in many newly constructed communities and having numerous activities for everyone to enjoy!
Some of the popular residential communities include Seven Oaks, Epperson Lagoon (Lagoon-Living), Lexington Oaks (Golf community), and Avalon Park, to name a few.
Resting about 20 miles from downtown Tampa in Pasco county, Wesley Chapel enjoys all the ease of traveling to Tampa while having its own identity. Its many shopping centers create their own “feel” from all others. Wesley Chapel sits 30 minutes away from downtown Tampa, 45 minutes from Lakeland, and an hour from Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Although Wesley Chapel requires a vehicle for most of its spread-out shopping centers, many areas are very walkable, including many sights, entertainment, and more!

Wesley Chapel Shopping
Big Three Shopping Centers
Unlike other area in Tampa, Wesley Chapel consists of many shopping and entertainment destinations that its residents and guest can routinely enjoy. It lacks no shortage of options with so many stores represented. On any weekend, residents can easily commute to any local shopping center, and spend the day with tons of enjoyment. The top 3 shopping destinations are The Shops at Wiregrass, The Grove, and Tampa Premium Outlets.
The Shops at Wiregrass, at the intersection of Bruce B. Downs Blvd and SR-56, consists of both an indoor and outdoor mall, with plenty of restaurants, food, bars, boutiques, shops, and sitting plazas. Visit this link to find any shops, stores, or restaurants represented in Wiregrass!
Headlining The Grove’s plentiful shopping experience is the famed container park called Krate. Krate recently was named the “Tampa Bay 2022 Development of the Year” winner for its innovative design and application. It holds various restaurants that all can enjoy! NOTE: There are so many places to eat at the Krate. They have a LARGE variety of authentic menus. There are also small shops & awesome coffee spots like Provisions.
Tampa Premium Outlets is the largest of the three shopping centers. Along both sides of SR-54, this outlet lacks no brand, shop, and restaurant. The main mall, set in a circular shape, is built for ease of entry with an indoor and outdoor mall experience that will blow you away!
