Live, Work, Play & Learn

Conveniently connected to Tampa Bay via the Suncoast Parkway,  Angeline is approximately 30 miles to downtown Tampa and within and about an hour to downtown St. Petersburg and the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches.   Angeline is one of the most beautiful properties in the Tampa Bay area.

Angeline is a master-planned community located in Pasco County, just north of Tampa, Florida. Spanning over 6,200 acres, Angeline is designed to offer a blend of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, making it a unique and innovative place to live.

One of the standout features of Angeline is its focus on sustainability and technology. The community includes Streetleaf solar-powered streetlights, ULTRAFi high-speed internet, and a variety of green initiatives such as a community farm that provides fresh local produce and educational programming.

Angeline also emphasizes outdoor activities and wellness. With over 3,600 acres of green space and up to 100 miles of trails, residents can enjoy walking, biking, and exploring nature. The planned regional park and lake will feature waterfront areas, trails, campsites, and picnic spots, offering ample recreational opportunities.

Education and innovation are also key components of Angeline. The Angeline Academy of Innovation, a STEM magnet school for middle and high school students, is located within the community, providing students with cutting-edge educational opportunities.

Additionally, Angeline is home to Speros FL, a 775-acre life sciences research park developed in partnership with the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer & Research Institute. This facility will include clinical research facilities, commercial space, and more, making it a hub for medical innovation.
