Allison is amazing!! I moved from California to Florida. I found Allison on YouTube. She takes the time on her YouTube channel to show you around the local areas, the newer builds and their subdivisions along with areas that have been established and the homes for sale in those areas. I would refer Allison to any of my friends. She is a wonderful realtor!!!!!

We absolutely LOVE realtor Allison Newlon!! I first saw her on ‘you tube’ and she was explaining the community that I was interested in buying our second home(vacation home) in and I thought to myself, I love her energy, detailed explanation about the layout, amenities, the builders & future plans they had for the community so I reached out to her! Well, the BEST decision my hubby & I made! She made time for me immediately. And I don’t do reviews by the way but this review I HAD TO DO…Allison has been my right hand throughout this whole process(she was my ‘eyes’ & ‘no nonsense- get it done’ girl!😂). I’m from Massachusetts and I was looking to buy in Florida and when I would request videos of homes I wanted to see, Allison would record them and interview builder Reps about all the incentives & possible other options for us. And she would send the recordings to me within a day or two!! The woman gets the job done and more! We just closed on our new construction home last week and I couldn’t have done any of this hundreds of miles away without her careful diligence, quick responses to my text or emails and her advice & guidance on things that I didn’t even think to consider. We couldn’t have chose a better realtor!! Who would’ve known picking a realtor on you tube, the RIGHT ONE mind you, that made our experience such a wonderful one & helped us finally get our dream vacation home!! The best experience! I just close with my first house and I just can said awesome things about Allison. She handle everything from the beginning and even after the closing she still helping resolving some questions about the property. The process of my house was not easy and totally different from others and Allison made everything works perfect, she always was in touch with me and explained each step to me so I never felt lost in the process.
