Angeline is Tampa’s newest Agrihood. Angeline is located in Land O Lakes and is truly a city in the making. This community will be the heartbeat of Pasco county. In addition to having a working farm, Angeline will also be home to a Crystal Lagoon. There will be over 7000 homesites in this 6200 acre community. This city in the making will be a hub for innovation in the Tampa Bay region. It will be renamed Speros, Florida in the future and will be home to the expansion of a new Moffitt Cancer Center. This community will bring people and resources together, creating a global hub for solving complex problems, advancing hope and a healthier future.
What is an Agrihood? The Urban Land Institute defines agrihoods as single-family, multifamily, or mixed-use communities built with a working farm or community garden as a focus.
