The Crystal Lagoon area is still very much under construction. However, much was learned by the development team while working on The Epperson Lagoon at Epperson Ranch in Wesley Chapel. (Epperson is home to a 7 acre lagoon which and was the nation’s first Crystal Lagoon Community!) So hopefully the process of opening the lagoon will be smooth at Mirada.
