Located just north of Tampa close to the suburb of Land O’ Lakes, you’ll find the Wild Thyme Cafe, a charming spot known for its fresh food, craft beer, wine, and live entertainment. While the cafe is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, it’s a must-visit destination on other days for its locally sourced offerings and warm community atmosphere. Don’t miss their beautiful mason jar flower arrangements, hand-picked from the garden and available from Wednesday to Sunday.
Community and Amenities
Angeline is set to host over 7,500 homes, designed to cater to a variety of lifestyles. One standout section is Medley at Angeline, a 55+ community featuring its own clubhouse with amenities such as a restaurant, bar, pickleball, and bocce ball courts. The community already has a STEM school and is looking forward to adding a Crystal Lagoon, in the mean time builders Lennar and DR Horton are providing interim pool amenities for townhome residents.
Future Developments
Exciting developments are on the horizon for Angeline. Single Family Homes are to be offered soon, a regional park offering kayaking and camping, and a bustling town center with shops, restaurants, and a sprawling lagoon. South of Ridge Road, SPEROS, will be home to the newest Moffitt Campus and will focus on life sciences, bringing numerous buildings and thousands of jobs to the area.
Angeline Farm
At the heart of Angeline lies the Angeline Farm, led by Farmer Alex and her team. Although still in its early stages, the farm is already a vibrant part of the community, growing a variety of herbs and vegetables for the Wild Thyme Cafe. The public Showcase Garden is a highlight, where visitors can learn about and enjoy the plants up close. Future plans for the farm include a volunteer program and possibly community plots for residents.
