Summit View sits on one of the higher elevations in the area, which means stunning sunrises and wide open views you do not always find in new construction. The community is only about five minutes from St. Leo University, making it especially appealing for faculty, staff, and anyone wanting to stay close to campus while enjoying a newer home.
